"bzr pull" is roughly the same thing as "hg fetch". "bzr update" in a
branch that is not bound (a hg branch can not be) usually simply tells
you along the lines of:
Tree is up to date at revision 499 of branch /home/jelmer/src/bzr-hg/trunk
