I am raising the severity since this causes the following packages to have uninstallable build-dependencies: analog graphviz plplot Also, this bug was originalyy reported as 569682 which is supposedely fixed in this NMU libgd2 (2.0.36~rc1~dfsg-3.2) unstable; urgency=low * Non-maintainer upload. * Fixed libjpeg dependency (Closes: #569682) but the change was apparently reverted.
