This seems to be a packaging error, that needs to be fixed.
Maybe the build dependencies are incomplete. Martin, does any build
requirement spring to your mind that might be missing in the build
dependencies? The package currently has following build dependencies:
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 7.0.50), libgwenhywfar60-dev (>= 4.1.0),
libktoblzcheck1-dev (>= 1.6-2), doxygen, bzip2, libgmp10-dev,
asciidoc, xmlto
Please note that dependencies of these packages will be resolved
automatically.
