Hi,
When use time from gmtime_r() and strftime() in local (non UTC) timezone
strftime
is able to recognize timezone (UTC) of time in tm, but %s ("the number of
seconds
since the Epoch") is wrong (as though tm was in the local timezone).

the number of seconds since the Epoch is correct.
