Package: gtk+2.0 Severity: normal The 000_gtk+-2.0.6-exportsymbols patch seems redundant, gtk+ can be built just fine without it and libtool 1.5.6-6 I currently have installed.
Furthermore the patch might actually be harmful as it exports 650 extra symbols according to the abicheck.sh files included with the source. Most curious ones probably being _fini, _init and various Xinerama symbols: +XineramaIsActive +XineramaQueryExtension +XineramaQueryScreens +XineramaQueryVersion +XPanoramiXAllocInfo +XPanoramiXGetScreenCount +XPanoramiXGetScreenSize +XPanoramiXGetState +XPanoramiXQueryExtension +XPanoramiXQueryVersion -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.26-lck1 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fi_FI.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- Tommi Komulainen [EMAIL PROTECTED] GPG 1024D/68388EE6 6FD6 DD79 EB38 BF6F 3533 09C0 04A8 9871 6838 8EE6
