Yes, that would make sense. Alternatively, the phrasing used in the -doc package is just "if the connection fails in the middle". If we were doing a full d-l-e package description review I would also suggest s/Robust/robust/ in the synopsis, and some minor rephrasing of the long description - I have no idea what it's supposed to mean for an implementation to be "around" a connection. Is it an InputStream library built on HttpURLConnection, or vice versa?
