Package: python-samba Version: 4.0.0~alpha15.dfsg1-1 Severity: important
A package named "python-samba" used to be build from the source package "samba" (3.0.24-6+lenny3) in lenny. This binary package was removed from debian/control later on (2:3.2.5-4lenny14 see http://packages.debian.org/source/lenny/samba), but some derived distributions have reenabled the build of python-samba in the source package. Since this version has an epoch of 2, the normal upgrade of the python-samba package to the current one build from the source package "samba4" fails. This can be avoided by simply renaming the package.
