I suspect the %k in /lib/udev/lmt-udev won't get expanded correctly, in this line: > exec /usr/sbin/laptop_mode "force modules=usb-autosuspend > devices=%k" You might have to pass the value of %k in from 99-laptop-mode.rules instead.
