I deleted some mail folders while migrating to new hardware - after
recovering the mail :-\ .)
Your wording is ok for me with one exception. I would like refer to my
personal
"Technical writer's scripture" (1, 2). (I really enjoy Justin's
contributions on debian-l10n-english.)
Therefore I suggest replacing allow by enable or help.
