Hello Debian Med Packaging Team, There is a circular dependency between autodocktools and mgltools-pmv: autodocktools :Depends: mgltools-pmv mgltools-pmv :Depends: autodocktools Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to get rid of them.
