Eugen, Kilian, My doing, I have dropped the version in the package name, as one will only want to install one libpt-dbg at a time. With the ekiga packaging you won't have to make a sourceful change every time ptlib changes API. This is the same as was done earlier with libopal-dbg (#586141).
