Popup menu to install a launcher does not appear when I right click on the desktop and then click "Create Launcher". The other options seem to work ok, e.g. open terminal, create folder, create document. I however can create a launcher on the panel then copy to the desktop. I did not find a bug report on this. Must be something in my configuration, but I can't seem to find the problem. I running the latest stable release with all updates.
