Package: bittornado Version: 0.3.11-4 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/btdownloadheadless.bittornado
When running seed downloads from a cron job, without stdout and stderr redirected to a log file, I now get the following error on startup: Error opening terminal: unknown. Perhaps this is because the program insists on sending control codes to the terminal--which I guess isn't such a good idea when you don't know what kind of terminal will be displaying the output. I'm filing this as "important" since the name btdownloadheadless implies that the program is meant to be run, well, headless--which apparently it's not capable of. My apologies if this conclusion is mistaken. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (50, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.11 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages bittornado depends on: ii python 2.3.5-2 An interactive high-level object-o -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
