That's exactly as expected: If there is no extended account information jobs which require it can't work... I could use the HBCI log produced while retrieving the account list ($HOME/.aqbanking/backends/aqhbci/data/banks/de/*.log) and parse it on my own machine to see whether there is extended account information or not. But without such logs I could only speculate about what's wrong with your setup or with AqHBCI...
