I have Tolimar in CC (which is also the reason for the extensive quotes)

I'd regard this as a quite reasonable solution.

I agree that it is hard to find a point when to close this bug.  It
could be closed once tuxracer is found but for sure this is just an
example for a general thing with several components.  At least I can
asure you that I will not play an open-close ping-pong with it because
I'm quite sure you will handle it to the best of your forces after
having realised this problem.
