this bug is duplicate of #568445 (forcemerge?) I wanted only SDL_mixer.pc file, but ended with reviewing all the patches and trying to help with the update (in hope that it won't be for void :P).
based on unfinished NMU by Jon Dowland from: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=568445#20 , tried to keep all the previous patches intact + that changes below: Changes: sdl-mixer1.2 (1.2.11-2) experimental; urgency=low . * Non-maintainer upload. * Convert to 3.0 (quilt) format. * Upstream now uses pkgconfig, ship the .pc files * debian/rules: + use ./autogen.sh before ./configure instead of patching every time * debian/patches/00_link-libm.patch: * debian/patches/01_autoreconf.patch: * debian/patches/01_relibtoolize.patch: + drop * debian/patches/00_link_libm_hgdb31b63abab9.patch: + backport from upstream Notes: - debian/rules: ./autogen.sh may require build-depend on automake (or w/e beast). i don't know if running ./autogen.sh is appropriate (changing source one-way?), but that seemed way better than autoreconf/libtoolize manual patching every time - dpkg-shlibdeps: libogg.so.0 libvorbis.so.0 - couldn't find what causes it to link with - get sdl-mixer1.2_1.2.11.orig.tar.gz from upstream manually As i don't know how to NMU, i'll just attach files.
