The bootchart2 README recommends adding commands to /boot/grub/menu.lst
to activate bootchart2. However, grub2 uses a dynamic
/boot/grub/grub.cfg built from configuration snippets in /etc/grub.d

Bootchart2 should add a file into this directory allowing kernels to be
booted with bootchart2 enabled. (It would probably look something like
10_linux, but with some extra logic added to set init=/sbin/bootchart
bootchart_init=$original_init).
