Hi,

I confirm here that some laptop-mode scripts try to access stuff in /usr during boot time, before /usr partition is mounted. You obtain these kind of lines: Fri Jun 10 11:35:09 2011: udevd[873]: failed to execute '/usr/sbin/laptop_mode' '/usr/sbin/laptop_mode force modules=usb-autosuspend devices=1-1.5.2': No such file or directory

I'm unsure of the consequences, maybe some devices are not properly put in the good power state at boot time if the initial scripts are not launched.
