Please, check "chrome" sub-folder in your profile folder, there should be userChrome-example.css. You can rename it or copy to userChrome.css in the same sub-folder. I don't remember exact CSS selector I used, an answer from here seems to be correct: http://support.mozilla.com/gl/questions/803029#answer-160100 If it is not, please search web.
