Package: xfce4-notifyd Version: 0.2.1-2 Severity: normal File: xfce4-notify
Since the upgrade to XFCE 4.8, the WiCD icon became a blank spot in the xfce4-notifyd tray. Hovering the cursor over that spot resulted in the correct WiCD tooltip being displayed and left and right clicks on the area brought up the correct WiCD menus. After a bit of tinkering I found that enabling the notification area frame allowed the WiCD icon to be visible. Disabling the frame renders the icon blank again and successive toggles display and hide the icon. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xfce4-notifyd depends on: ii libc6 2.13-4 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcairo2 1.10.2-6 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii libdbus-1-3 1.4.8-3 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.92-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.23.3-3 GDK Pixbuf library ii libglib2.0-0 2.28.6-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.4-3 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libpango1.0-0 1.28.3-6 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libx11-6 2:1.4.3-1 X11 client-side library ii libxfce4ui-1-0 4.8.0-2 widget library for Xfce ii libxfce4util4 4.8.1-2 Utility functions library for Xfce ii libxfconf-0-2 4.8.0-3 Client library for Xfce4 configure Versions of packages xfce4-notifyd recommends: ii libnotify-bin 0.5.0-2 sends desktop notifications to a n xfce4-notifyd suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
