Package: fuse
Version: 2.8.5-2
Followup-For: Bug #628735

I'm also experiencing this problem, and it has the obnoxious result of
unmounting the filesyestem but leaving the entry in /etc/mtab (but not in
/proc/mounts). As a result, trying to mount the fs again yields:

fusermount: failed to access mountpoint /path/to/mountpoint: Permission denied

The filesystem needs to be unmounted as root. :(
