atlas fails to build on kfreebsd buildds as ld is invoked with
`-melf_x86_64` which is incorrect -- it should be elf_x86_64_fbsd or
nothing at all as the default is just fine. (Similar for
kfreebsd-i386)
The fi is already in the atlas svn. I am planning to upload it this
week.
