since 0.8.2 NetworkManager transmits two new states to the dispatcher.d
scripts: dhcp4-change and dhcp6-change.
01ifupdown doesn't currently handle them and hence logs an error each
time a DHCP lease is renewed:
nm-dispatcher.action: Script '/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/01ifupdown'
exited with error status 1.
