Package: mantis
Version: 0.19.2-4
Severity: important

Hello!

When trying to upgrade Mantis I encountered a few problems:

1. I'm forced to create database backup. I strongly believe it should be
optional (for example, person performing an upgrade may not have data about
database admin user/password).

2. The password prompt (second one?) is unclear as it doesn't specify which
user's password should be entered.

3. Database admin user entered in curses interface is ignored and the error
always mentions root. In example below I entered another user as db admin
yet mysqldump still wants to connect as [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Regards,
Max
