I think the original plan was to move to the 0.9.x version, and we started that with uploads to experimental a couple months back. however, the software proved to be less than super stable (crashy, leaking memory, etc), so it hasn't been transitioned into unstable. unfortunately i made the mistake of doing the experimental-targeted work in the unstable branch, thinking it'd be a quick transition, and now we're stuck in a kind of in-between state unsure of what the next upload to unstable will be. > Even compiz-unstable (0.9.x) is already outdated.
