Hi,
I can confirm that this is happening to my system also.
When doing strace and using en_US locale, I can see the last syscall is
opening /usr/share/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-bluetooth2.mo which
does not exist but even when changing to en_GB locale it's still crashed.
Oh, for more info,
running bluetooth-wizard or bluetooth-sendto directly worked just fine.
