Framewave was, at first, a very promising piece of software developed by AMD for SIMD-accelerated image processing and numerical computing. Unfortunately, it appears to have been abandoned upstream, as the latest release was 2 years ago and the sourceforge page [1] has since been overrun by spam. Upstream developers have not responded to bugs or forum messages.
