_A_ batman-adv version is included in 2.6.38, but not v2011.1.0. v2.6.38
provides version v2011.0.0. v2011.2.0 is also nearly finished and will be
available through this package at the time of the release.

I don't want to say that I am completely against the removal, but first wanted
to provide a different view on the topic. Is there some kind of policy that
deals with that topic?

thanks,
        Sven
