you decided to not use the proposed patch, but your patch only fixes half of the issue I reported, so I'm reopening it: If you use /run, TMPFS will always be unset, even if this does not reflect the reality. As a result, /dev/pts and /dev is (re)mounted although it is not necessary and only wastes cpu cycles.
