Looking for bugs related to Intel chipsets I've found http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=615197 It seems, that this bug also is best visible with xpdf. So probably both bugs should be joined, and the problem appeared to be related to simple software bug in Intel Xserver (according to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=615197#35 ) -- Sorry for confusion, WZab
