Unfortunatelly I am not able to test it as I don't use hurd myself. But generally speaking (from my experience of fixing cyrus-imapd-2.x) it should work. I am Ccing debian-hurd list, maybe somebody there could help us with testing. If not I would suggest you go ahead and upload if you have other stuff to release...
