kdemultimedia-4.6.2/ffmpegthumbs/ffmpegthumbnailer seems to contain an outdated copy (2.0.2 from the changelog, upstream latest is 2.0.3) of the ffmpegthumbnailer shared library, also present in the archive. However, I haven't checked if it has been heavily customized for KDE, and maybe the changes couldn't make it upstream, or another good reason (anyway, you'll probably be hit by #624961 as well).
