Hi, I've never been able to reproduce #522303, and attempts to squeeze more info from the reporter failed as well; "It only happens once in a while, however." smells like a crappy drive or firmware to me or involves culprits I mentioned at the tail and never got replied [1]. Do any of you have any idea to squeeze something more out of that?
