ImportError: No module named _tkagg
It seems to be similair to bug #621700 which can most likley be fixed by Julian
Taylor's method:

copy /etc/matplotlibrc into $HOME/.matplotlib/
change the line
backend : TkAgg
to another backend, like GTKAgg (requires python-gtk2), Qt4Agg (requires
python-qt4)
or WXAgg (requires python-wx2.8)
"
