Package: wmbiff Version: 0.4.27-2.1 Severity: normal I just created a new email address and put it into wmbiffrc along with my other email addresses. The problem however seems to be that my email address is 1 character too long. wmbiff will not show the mailbox I had defined if I use more than 32 characters in the username(=emailaddress) part of the configuration file.
Here is an example of the address that produces the problem. ..wmbiffrc: label.4=FOO path.4=imaps:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...@gmail.com:passw...@imap.gmail.com As you can see the address part including the @gmail.com is 33 characters long. This is the output of the debug: wmbiff/ imap4: Couldn't parse line imaps:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...@gmail.com:passw...@imap.gmail.com (0) If this used to work, run wmbiff with the -relax option, and send mail to wmbiff-de...@lists.sourceforge.net with the hostname of your mail server. wmbiff: creator for mailbox 4 returned failure If I shorten the address part down to 32 characters, wmbiff can parse it but naturally it will fail to show the message count since the login is wrong.
