Thank you for your bug report and the patch. This bug may be due to the change of boot-up sequence of mozilla 1.7.10. This change is reverted in mozilla 1.7.11 and upstream recommends the use of mozilla 1.7.11. I will upload the new package applied this patch and close this bug once.
