Sort of. It probably wasn’t always like this.

If you think so, okay. (IMHO the BTS should have a tag that causes
the bugreports to be archived and not counted when doing statistics
as if it were closed, and lacks things like invalid/notabug, opinion,
usererror, etc. and you are cluttering the list of _actual_ bugs with
stuff like this, which I don’t like, but hey.)

I will reserve the right to eventually close all wontfix tagged bugs
for cleanup reasons.
