I am actually about to update this to the 1.1 pre-release now that QuantLib 1.1 (pre-release) is in unstable. That said, the failed Depends may be due to the transition to the new Python scheme I attempted with 1.0.0-2 and 1.0.0-3. I'll see if I can get that fixed. Thanks for the report.
