I just packaged a snapshot of 2.0.4 which should soon be released. The package has version number 2.0.3-2 which does not match the result of swig -version. I am too tired to fix this now and it will righten itself when upstream releases 2.0.4 I was able to build the znc bindings with this SWIG package (after removing the SSLv2 code).
