"geoip_record_by_name($addr)" reads "/usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat" but
cannot read "/usr/share/GeoIP/GeoLiteCity.dat" which installed by
"aptitude install geoip-database-contrib".

Simple work around:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoLiteCity.dat /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat
