I seem to have the same problem as Yan Morin. I can type into my location bar but hitting return doesn't cause the url to be loaded.
The pull down menu doesn't work either. I can choose an element in the list but selecting it does not cause the url to be loaded. The url is just displayed in the location bar. If I run "iceweasel -ProfileManager" and create a new profile the location bar works when using the new profile. It thus seems that my profile is corrupted. I tested all the files ending in .sqlite in my profile directory but none of them seem to be corrupted. Removing search.sqlite did not help (immediately). [5 minutes later] And magic, the problem just went away afterfooling around with"iceweasel -ProfileManager"... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
