Please note, that I've not ITP'ed lipstik on purpose but I've simply searched for kde-style-lipstik and not for kwin-style-lipstik. So I thought nobody has already ITP'ed id yet. I'd understand If you don't want to transfer your ITP to me -- you came first and it's your right to decide.
