occasionally xfwm4 cannot unshade a window when its title bar is doubleclicked. It appears that what is happening is the window is actually unshaded, but that the window vertical size was reset to zero, so there's no apparent change. But the bottom edge of the window can be dragged down to open the window back up. This is with the default theme.
