Package: gnome-desktop-environment Version: 1:2.30+8 Severity: normal
I'm not sure which package to put this against. Sorry if this is the wrong one, but the messages give no guidance. Running 'apt-get dist-upgrade' says that gnome will be REMOVED. When it asks me 'Do you want to continue [Y/n]', I think (a) stupid question, why would I want to remove gnome when I'm upgrading (b) who would think that yes would be a good idea for the default action? bandsman:/tmp# apt-get dist-upgrade Reading package lists...
