Yeah, seems to work (I think).

There's another cosmetic issue that I hit when testing this. I don't
think it's worth a bug report, so I'll just mention it here.

By default lrzip sets the nice value of its main thread to 9 (=19/2,
main.c:714). However if lrzip already started niced >9, either because
the starting shell was niced or because it was explicitly niced with
something like nice -n15 lrzip, this fails and causes lrzip to emit a
warning ("Warning, unable to set nice value"). Perhaps this warning
should be suppressed in that case.
