Actually, the page does print even with the error message.  The problem
is that the output is garbage.  I submitted bug 605434 a while back for
the garbage output.  The emacs ps-print started failing when cups was
update for the versions in that bug report.  Note that only the cups
package breaks emacs printing.  If I pin cups to 1.4.4-3 and upgrade the
other cups packages (cups-bsd, cups-client, cups-common) to the current
wheezy version 1.4.6-4, ps-print in emacs does work.  There has been no
response at all to the cups bug report.  It seems to be very specific to
emacs.
