Ondřej,
Please be aware that if opie isn't present, the otp mechanism should build
to use the active auxprop plugin(s) to generate otp challenges (based on
the password stored with saslpasswd2).
I would recommend testing by simply removing the build dependency on opie,
which should do the right thing.
If that doesn't work correctly, please let me know and I'll do some testing
to figure out why.
