ndsend is the ipv6 equivalent to arpsend to update the neighbour discovery
table in a router. This is necessary when MAC-addresses change (e.g. a
guest being migrated from one OpenVZ hardware node to a different
one).

ndsend in it's current state is completely unusable without consulting
the source of the tool.

It

*) doesn't have a manpage
*) segfaults when being invoked without parameters
*) doesn't provide an usage help through the standardized -h or --help
options

For the record:

ndsend 2001:DB8::1 eth0

sends a neighbor advertisment for 2001:DB8::1 on eth0
