I uploaded a new package about 10-11 hours ago that was rebuilt with libfam-dev instead of libgamin-dev (in fact, you should have receieved a message around that time closing this bug). So wait for kbabel 4:3.4.2-2 to hit your mirror, then it should all be good. Note that part of the problem is also because kdelibs had some dependencies that were unnecessarily strict.
