... now that the debian chemistry team has packaged and uploaded jmol, I have no choice bu to finish the packaging of jalview. Castor has also reached debian, which is good, and leaves only vamsas (as far as I can tell) as unpackaged dependencies. I'll dig into that later on this week (or next week).
